Service Terms For Safe Collaboration

1. Scope And Delivery
Every engagement starts with written scope, timeline, and deliverables. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.
2. Payments
Work starts only after payment confirmation. Retainers are billed in advance. Milestones unlock after prior stage clearance.
3. Refund Policy
Due to digital execution time and resource locking, completed work is non-refundable. If work has not started, partial refunds may apply.
4. Platform Risk
Platform decisions (suspension, verification, moderation) are controlled by the platform. We provide best-practice systems, not guaranteed platform outcomes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate access, documents, and approvals on time. Delays in access can shift timelines.
6. Confidentiality
All account data, strategy material, and communication remain confidential unless written approval is provided by the client.

1. Service Scope
Each engagement is mapped to a clearly written scope that includes objective, deliverables, timeline, and access requirements. Scope can include recovery, unban, verification preparation, or profile security support. Any request outside approved scope is treated as a separate add-on, quoted independently, and scheduled only after written confirmation. This protects both client and operator from undefined work and prevents confusion around responsibilities.
2. Verification Process
Verification and trust-related services are process-driven and depend on platform-side review. Flexyo's Network prepares profiles, documentation flow, authority signals, and submission readiness based on policy-safe methods. No fake guarantee is promised for third-party decisions. We provide structured execution, compliance-focused steps, and transparent progress updates. Platform approval or rejection remains under platform control even when execution quality is high.
3. Client Vouch Policy
Vouch screenshots displayed on this page are client-shared proof snippets used for trust and transparency. Sensitive data is redacted where required. Public posting of private case details, personal access tokens, or non-consented chat records is prohibited. If a client requests proof removal for privacy reasons, we review and remove relevant public proof content promptly. Vouch material is for credibility display, not legal performance guarantee.
4. Payment Terms
Work begins only after payment confirmation according to agreed structure: one-time, staged, or retainer. Payment methods may include approved digital channels, crypto, escrow, or middleman where applicable. Delays in payment pause active workflow. If the client requests new deliverables mid-execution, revised commercial terms are shared before implementation. Receipts, timeline checkpoints, and status notes are provided to maintain accountability on both sides.
5. Refund And Dispute Terms
Digital execution consumes allocated planning, operational time, and specialist resources, so completed work is non-refundable. If work has not started, partial refund windows may be considered based on preparation status. Disputes are resolved through written review of scope, milestones, and logs. Abuse, fraudulent chargeback behavior, or intentional misinformation can result in immediate case closure. All decisions are documented to maintain clean, auditable dispute handling.
6. Confidentiality And Data Handling
Client identity, documents, and communication remain private by default. Data is used only for active case execution and operational reporting. We do not sell, transfer, or expose private case information to unrelated entities. Access should be shared using minimum required privilege and rotated after case completion. Confidentiality survives post-project closure unless legal disclosure is required by law or explicit written permission is provided by the client.
